It’s time to renew UCV. As we enter the second year of our second century, we have both great opportunities and great responsibilities. Our opportunity is to sustain and grow our wonderful community and its mission, and reap all of the benefits that radiate from that renewal – both to us and to others in need. Our responsibility is to fund that renewal, for younger members of our community (and those of us in the “Middle Ages”) to carry the flame that our amazing elders have tenderly tended for many, many years. We each need to do our share given our financial circumstances, consistent with our second principle of justice, equity and compassion in human relations. It's all up to us!
